Yes, once you have registered a car in the auction the registration is binding. However, becoming a registered user or getting a valuation of your vehicle is not binding. Registering a car at auction is legally binding to ensure that buyers and sellers enter on equal terms and conditions. Similarly, dealers are not able to cancel a bid once entered in at auction.
